We are trying to resolve the job imbalance between Korea and Europe. Its main field is to connect qualified semiconductor/LCD/solar/battery engineers in Korea to the European companies, including Sweden. In other words, South Korean engineers with qualifications want to relocate to Europe, but they can't because they have limitations in searching/applying, writing CVs and interviewing in Europe. Conversely, European companies have a lot of difficulties obtaining the engineers needed in the company. We provide qualified engineers to the companies that are looking for them.
